Fix rare path/terminators, like CD (Course to Distance)
Don't allow selection of departure or arrival transitions after already selected
Adding a departure procedure to an existing route now correctly connects to the first matching waypoint

Revamped the LEGS page - adding fixes creates a route discontinuity, selecting one of duplicate legs behaves like the real FMS.
Selecting legs on HOLD page 2 or more now works correctly.
Fixed airport-specific waypoints on downloaded airports.

RNP can be changed on POS SHIFT (POS page 3/3) and RNP PROGRESS (PROG page 4/4)
